Ivy and Ming are both from Hong Kong. They booked me over the internet and we met each other only a day before the photo shoot. However, it didn’t affect the progress at all. Although it was raining most of the time, we had lots of fun during the day. They used to study in Newcastle. That was the reason why they chose Newcastle as their favourite location for pre-wedding photo shoot. Ming told me that Ivy loves the Newcastle Tyne Bridge. As a Newcastle based photographer, it is quite rare to meet someone from far who love Newcastle as well. We chose several locations for photoshoot including St Mary’s Lighthouse , Sage – Gateshead , St James’ Park , Centre for Life , Newcastle Train Station. Ivy and Ming, I hope you both like the photographs.
Shooting Location: St Mary’s Lighthouse , Sage – Gateshead , St James’ Park , Centre for Life , Newcastle Train Station.

This fantastic set of works is yet another example of Ken’s genius in creating the extraordinary from the seemingly ordinary. Never have I known Whitley Bay and ‘The Balcony’ at the Hilton Gateshead can look that magical! ‘The Stuff of Dreams’ are perhaps the most appropriate words to describe the shots at the Lighthouse and the Jetty.
Well Done again Ken – I can’t wait till the Venice Trip.

Thanks Susan, Su and Yun Yun for your message.
That window shot was actually a National Express train window.
